Cupcakes

Linda made these lovely cupcakes to celebrate Vicky's and my birthdays. They are on a plate that is shaped like an artist's palette.




Sweet violets from my garden. They have such a wonderful scent.




A favorite in the early spring, mini daffodils are fun to sketch and paint.

Delphiniums

The Delphiniums are finally blooming. They are tall and stately and a most vivid blue and blue violet. Some still need staking. maybe I can get out and do that today. Then I need to do some sketching of them for the other blog.

A statue that I sketched at Pomeroy with the companions. I added color to the grapes and leaves.
